and a clear path forward, built on the foundations of
collaboration, innovation, and resilience. The world around us is
rapidly evolving, presenting both challenges and opportunities
that require thoughtful and proactive responses. With this
strategic plan, we are reaffirming our commitment to addressing
the pressing needs of the most vulnerable among us, while also
positioning our organization to adapt and thrive in an
ever-changing environment.
Our focus over the next five years will be on five critical areas:
economic empowerment, livelihoods improvement, climate resilience,
food security, and emergency response. These pillars are not only
central to our mission but are also essential to building
sustainable and equitable communities. We believe that by
investing in these areas, we can create lasting impact and
contribute to a brighter future for all. This strategic plan is
the result of extensive consultation and collaboration, involving
our board members, executive team, staff, and community

faced by the communities we serve and a commitment to providing
solutions that are both effective and sustainable.

move forward, the Board of Directors will continue to provide
oversight, guidance, and support to ensure that our organization

On behalf of the Board of Directors, CcSa
As we embark on this new chapter in our journey, it is with great
pride and optimism that I present our organization's Five-Year
Strategic Plan. This plan is not just a roadmap; it is a reflection
of our collective commitment to the communities we serve and the
values we uphold. Over the past years, we have witnessed significant
changes in the global and local landscapes—challenges that have
tested our resilience and opportunities that have fueled our growth.
In response, we have sharpened our focus and deepened our resolve to
create lasting impact. This strategic plan outlines our path
forward, centered on economic empowerment, livelihoods improvement,
climate resilience, food security, and emergency response.
Our strategy is ambitious, but it is grounded in the realities faced
by those we seek to uplift. By focusing on economic empowerment, we
aim to provide the tools and opportunities for individuals to break
the cycle of poverty. Through our livelihoods programs, we will
continue to support sustainable practices that ensure long-term
stability for families and communities. Our commitment to climate
resilience is more critical than ever, as we work to safeguard
vulnerable populations from the impacts of climate change. Food
security remains a cornerstone of our efforts, as we strive to
ensure that every person has access to the nourishment they need.
And in times of crisis, our emergency response capabilities will be
strengthened to provide swift and effective aid.
This
strategic plan was developed with the active involvement of our
board members, staff, and community partners. It represents a shared
vision of a more just and equitable future—a future where every
individual has the opportunity to thrive. As we move forward, I want
to express my deepest gratitude to our dedicated team, our board
members, and our partners. Together, we will turn this vision into
reality, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we
serve. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership as we work
towards our shared goals. I am confident that with this strategic
plan as our guide, we will achieve remarkable outcomes in the years
to come.
